| 内容記述 | 本論では、介護保険指定事業所でありながらも、制度外の福祉サービスを実施する特定非営利活動法人（以下、指定福祉NPO と略す。）に着目する。近年、社会貢献活動を実施する特定非営利活動法人（NPO 法人）の社会的役割が注目されている。中でも、福祉サービスを提供するNPO 法人については、利用者の多様な福祉ニーズに対する臨機応変な対応が求められやすい。そして、NPO 法人の基本構造（人的なもの）から派生するサービスの供給体制の類型化を試み、各々の体制が持つ利点と問題点を検討した。 結論として、NPO 法人の基本構造から生じる指定福祉NPO のサービス供給形態には、① 制度外福祉サービス及び介護保険サービスを各々別の専従職員が提供する場合、② 制度外福祉サービス及び制度に基づくサービスを同じ担い手が兼務する場合、③ 制度外福祉サービスをボランティア、制度サービスを専従職員が関わる場合が存在し、各々の体制に利点と問題点が生じる可能性があることが推測された。したがって、今後はこれを裏付けるために、ケーススタディを通じて、更に検証していく必要性が考えられた。 |

| 内容記述 | In this paper, the NPO which carries out the social welfare services outside a system of the appointed place of business of Long-Term Care Insurance System was described. In recent years, the social role of the NPO which carries out philanthropy activity attracts attention. Especially as for the NPO which offers social welfare services, the adaptable correspondence to welfare needs with a various user is called for. Typification of the service supply organization derived from the basic structure of a NPO was tried. And the advantage and problem which each organization has were examined. As a conclusion, the service supply form of the specification welfare NPO produced from the basic structure of a NPO is as follows. １） Case of the another devotion personnel offer the social welfare services outside a system and Long-Term Care Insurance service. ２） Case of the same bearer holds an additional post of the social welfare services outside a system and the service based on a system ３） Case of the devotion personnel are concerned social welfare services outside a system in a volunteer and system service The advantage and the problem were in each organization. Therefore, a case study is performed from now on and there is the necessity of verifying further. |
