@article{oai:kyukan.repo.nii.ac.jp:00000100, author = {緒方, 妙子 and 坂井, 邦子 and 江島, 峰子 and 原田, 美智}, issue = {1}, journal = {九州看護福祉大学紀要, The Journal of Kyushu University of Nursing and Social Welfare}, month = {Mar}, note = {110007543705, 調査目的:母性看護実習の事前準備として行った直前演習や学習課題レポートの効果や活用実態を把握し、事前準備のあり方を検討する。 方法:A大学第4学年次生121名を対象とし、実習終了後の振り返り調査を行った。質問紙は選択回答、および一部自由意見の記述方式。 結果:第3学年次の実習直前演習への参加態度に関する自己評価では、97%の学生が良好としていた。演習技術項目のうち、臨地実習で87%~57%の経験率であった項目は、「新生児のバイタルサイン測定、沐浴、身体計測」、「妊婦褥婦の事例看護」、「妊婦の腹囲・子宮底測定、レオポルド触診・児心音聴取」であった。これらの項目は、学生が「後輩の演習でも続けたほうが良いと思う項目」とも一致していた。演習の中に取り入れた「Theme Reportの計画作成」に関しては、約7割の学生がテーマの方向性が見えてきているものの、この学習課題に積極的な意義を見出して実習で主体的に展開できた学生と、そうでない学生では、自由意見の内容が大きく違っていた。事前学習課題レポートでは、約9割が「実習で役立った、活用した」としているが、「自分の学習内容では浅かった」や、「一つ一つの設問間を関連づけて指示してほしい」という意見もあった。結論:演習技術項目では、臨地実習での経験率が多い項目を希望するという学生の意向が明確となった。「ThemeReportの計画作成」、「事前学習課題レポート」に関しては、学生個々の受け止め方の相違を踏まえた指導が必要である。, This study aimed to pursue how the in-advance preparation for the clinical training of the maternity nursing should be offered by understanding the effectiveness and application of the last-minute workshops and the learning task report to get students ready for the clinical fieldwork. A retrospective survey was conducted on 121 fourth-year students of “A” university after the completion of the clinical training. The questionnaire consisted of multiple-choice questions and freestyle descriptions. The questionnaire outcomes showed that 97% of the students retrospectively evaluated their own attitude in participating the last-minute workshop at the third year as good. The following workshop technical items achieved 87% to 57% “experience rate” at the clinical training: “vital signs assessment, bathing, and physical measurement of the newborns”, “case study of nursing pregnant/puerperal women”, and “measurement of uterine fundus height and abdominal circumference of pregnant women, Leopold’s maneuvers, and monitoring fetal heart rate”. These items coincided with those that the students suggested to continue offering in the future workshops. One of the workshop assignments, “planning and preparing the theme report” saw a divided result. Although approximately 70% of the students started to see the direction of the theme, their opinions in the free description section differed considerably between those who found positive significance in the assignment and utilized it actively in the clinical training and those who did not. Approximately 90% of the students expressed that the in-advance learning task report was “useful/utilized in the clinical training”, although some remarked that “what I learned in advance was not sufficient” and “it would be better if instruction were given to connect each task”.
