{"created":"2023-06-19T08:29:26.145629+00:00","id":110,"links":{},"metadata":{"_buckets":{"deposit":"a321d284-de93-4f84-bed9-44b99d663e12"},"_deposit":{"created_by":13,"id":"110","owners":[13],"pid":{"revision_id":0,"type":"depid","value":"110"},"status":"published"},"_oai":{"id":"oai:kyukan.repo.nii.ac.jp:00000110","sets":[]},"author_link":["397","396"],"item_10002_biblio_info_7":{"attribute_name":"書誌情報","attribute_value_mlt":[{"bibliographicIssueDates":{"bibliographicIssueDate":"2007-03","bibliographicIssueDateType":"Issued"},"bibliographicIssueNumber":"1","bibliographicPageEnd":"15","bibliographicPageStart":"7","bibliographicVolumeNumber":"9","bibliographic_titles":[{"bibliographic_title":"九州看護福祉大学紀要"},{"bibliographic_title":"The Journal of Kyushu University of Nursing and Social Welfare","bibliographic_titleLang":"en"}]}]},"item_10002_description_12":{"attribute_name":"論文ID(NAID)","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"110006650444","subitem_description_type":"Other"}]},"item_10002_description_5":{"attribute_name":"抄録","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":" 本研究の目的は、ヒューマンケアの基本に基づいた在宅看護論教育が十分行われているかを調査し、在宅看護論教育の今後の方向性を提示することである。全国441校の看護専門学校3年課程の担当教員を対象に、9冊の在宅看護論テキストの目次から教育内容を抽出し、その重要視度の自記式質問紙調査を郵送で依頼した(有効回答率:50.1%)。在宅看護論の教育内容を56項目抽出し5つのカテゴリーに分類した:Ⅰ 訪問看護師に求められる基本技術(21項目)、Ⅱ 訪問看護師に求められる能力(19項目)、Ⅲ 地域ケアシステム(7項目)、Ⅳ 在宅看護の特徴(6項目)、Ⅴ 看護の継続性(3項目)。各項目の3段階評価から重要視していない項目は13項目存在することが明らかになった。重要視度の低い順に、訪問鞄の取り扱い方(34.4%)、緊急災害時の看護(23.5%)、ストーマケア(12.2%)、在宅看護用具の作成(10.0%)、連続携行式腹膜灌流(9.5%)であった。これらの結果から、ヒューマンケアに基づく在宅看護論教育は概ね行われていることが示唆された。今後の教育の方向性として今回の調査から、1)在宅看護論テキストの教育内容に含まれていなかったエンパワーメントアプローチができるような項目を教育内容に加える必要性があること、2)担当教員が重要視していない13項目も、医療依存度の高い在宅療養者が今後増加することが予測されることから、在宅看護論教育では全て重要視すべき教育内容であることが提示された。","subitem_description_type":"Abstract"},{"subitem_description":" This study aimed to examine the adequacy in providing the home nursing education based on human care principles, and to propose a future direction of the home nursing education. A mail-in, self-administered questionnaire survey was conducted on the home nursing teachers for the third-year students of 441 nursing colleges in Japan to evaluate their priorities of education contents (response rate: 50.1%). The questionnaire form was compiled through picking out the education contents from the table of contents of nine textbooks on home nursing. The selected 56 items of education contents on home nursing were sorted into five categories: I, basic techniques required to the home nurses (21 items); II, competency required to the home nurses (19 items); III, community care system (seven items); IV, characteristics of home nursing (six items); V, continuity of nursing care (three items). A 3-point Likert scale on each item elicited 13 items that were not prioritized by the teachers. Those were Åehow to use the nursing bag’ (34.4%),‘emergency nursing at time of disaster’ (23.5%),‘stoma care’ (12.2%),‘how to make home-nursing instruments’(10.0%), and‘continuous ambulatory peritoneal dialysis’ (9.5%), in ascending order.\n These results indicated that the home nursing instruction was generally given under the human care principles.
