To prepare this ordinance, we had The Gathering for Discussion of Gender-Equal Society to debate the contents of the ordinance. In this initial gathering, they selected some main members to examine the problems especially in each field which is our community characteristics. Especially our community is agricultural & marine products industry and commerce & manufacturing industry, so the stereotyped perceptions of gender role is deeply exist in our society, so that these situations had been referred into our ordinance.
