In 2002 new, epoch-making social services commenced in Japan, including the “Support Center For Autistic Disorder and Developmental Disorder”, and the “Supported Employment System”. Both are epoch-making in Japan because prior to their creation no services for those with 'Mild Disabilities' existed. Both will require the provision of manpower and specialists, as well as Recreational Skill supports to secure stable employment for people with Mild Disabilities.
