As divorce has been increasing in recent years, non custodial parents have increasingly insisted on rights of access. Here in lies problems concerning the rights of access. This paper discusses, who should have these rights, and the nature of these rights. Everyone is agreed that the first consideration should be the welfare of the child, and the interests of the child.
