We adopted a method of practical experience under the Laboratorial system in the vocational training for the leading staff (male 8 and female 32) with 10 years or more working experience in “J” Hospital. The participants were keen to dedicate themselves in this training and there was an open and ardent atmosphere. It was observed that they had opportunities to learn that there are so many situations and how the relationships would be formed looking in what is thought in individual minds and what is happening in other peoples' minds in those two vocational training sessions.
