 note = {110000035477, 自閉症児の言語障害の特徴がより解明されるためには、コミュニケーション機能についての検討が必要であり、特に、自閉症児に特有な伝達機能の偏りがどのような原因を背景にしながら生じてくるのか、その検討も必要であると思われる。
　また、子どもにおける相互作用的伝達機能の評価は、伝達機能の出現頻度のみでなく、言語発達検査による発達段階を尺度としても可能であろうと考えられる。
　それで、本研究では健常乳幼児、精神遅滞児および自閉症児における各伝達機能の発達的特徴について分析・検討した。
　その結果、健常乳幼児においては生後6カ月で物の要求、行為の要求、抗議などの環境的伝達機能と、社会的伝達機能のうち友好表示が出現していることが示された。その後、社会的伝達機能としてはコメントが加わり、さらに後に情報の要求が出現していることが示唆された。特に、本研究において情報の要求は、コメントと同時期に出現する機能、あるいはその上に立ったさらに高次な機能であるように示された。, Is the examination of the communications function necessary, is bias of a peculiar transmission function to the autism child especially caused in the background of what cause because the feature of autism child's communication disord-er is elucidated more, and it seems that the examination is also necessary.
 Moreover, not only the appearance frequency of the transmission function but also the developmental stage by the language development inspection is thought as a standard even though it is possible as for the evaluation of the interacti-ve transmission function in the child.
 And, developed feature of each transmission function in a healthy baby, themental retadation children, and the autistic children is analyzed and examined in this research.
 An environmental transmission functions of the demand of the thing, the demand of the act, and the protest, etc. and the friendship displays of social transmission functions would be shown in months of six after one's birth and it was shown to appear in a result healthy baby.
 Afterwards, it was suggested that the comment joined, and the demand of information appear in addition as a social transmission function.
 Especially, it was shown that the demand of information was a function which appeared in a comment and a simultaneous period, and a more higher-order function in this research to stand on that.},
