{"created":"2025-03-12T08:33:58.062023+00:00","id":2000043,"links":{},"metadata":{"_buckets":{"deposit":"601082b3-fcd9-4491-834a-4b6a99a4ff55"},"_deposit":{"created_by":13,"id":"2000043","owner":"13","owners":[13],"pid":{"revision_id":0,"type":"depid","value":"2000043"},"status":"published"},"_oai":{"id":"oai:kyukan.repo.nii.ac.jp:02000043","sets":["1:4:1741746747621"]},"author_link":["1035"],"control_number":"2000043","item_10002_biblio_info_7":{"attribute_name":"bibliographic_information","attribute_value_mlt":[{"bibliographicIssueNumber":"1","bibliographicPageEnd":"24","bibliographicPageStart":"15","bibliographicVolumeNumber":"25"}]},"item_10002_description_5":{"attribute_name":"抄録","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"2021年より新カリキュラムのソーシャルワーク実習が始まった。1回目の実習で得られた結果からは実習種別による分析の必要性が出てきた。そこで、A 大学におけるソーシャルワーク実習における調査の分析を実施した。今回の対象者はA 大学における高齢者福祉分野での実習を経験してきた学生12名である。12名の自己評価(4件法)と学生自身が実習を通して感じた変化(自由記述)をもとに分析した。自己評価については符号検定で分析したところ高齢者福祉分野では達成目標25項目のうち22項目は実習前より実習後の方が「実践できる」と答えた者が増えた結果が導かれた。そのことから新カリキュラムの実習においては「地域」に関する学びを得る機会が多く、自己評価につながっているということ、さらにはソーシャルワーク業務に対する学びを得ていることが窺える結果となった。さらに、実習を通して感じた変化については、KJ 法でカテゴリ化したところ、11が挙がってきた。最終的な結論として事前学習の大切さに対する気づきを得ることにつながっていることから、本調査結果を今後のソーシャルワーク実習Ⅱへ活用する必要性もみえてきた。今後は、高齢者分野の学びの蓄積や事前学習内容についての分析、他分野の実習での状況も併せてみていく必要がある。In 2021, a new curriculum of social work training was implemented. Results obtained during the first training showed a need for analysis by training type. Therefore, we analyzed a survey on social work practice with 12 University A students who had experienced practical training in elderly welfare. Analysis was based on students’ self-evaluations( 4-case method) and the changes( free description) they felt through practical training. As for self-evaluation, analysis of the sign test showed that 22 of the 25 achievement targets in welfare for the elderly were more likely to be practiced after training than before it. Results demonstrate the many opportunities to learn about “the community” and social work in the new curriculum’s practical training, which leads to self-evaluation. Additionally, when students’ changes felt through the training were categorized by the KJ method, 11 were listed. This led to awareness of prior learning’s importance; thus, using this survey’s results for the future Social Work Practice II has become necessary. Next, we must analyze the accumulation of learning about the elderly, the content of pre-learning, and other fields’ situations in practical
