| 内容記述 | 《目的》： 看護実践能力尺度開発の研究動向を明らかにし、今後の尺度開発の方向性について検討する。 《方法》： 医中誌WEB、メディカルオンライン、CINII を使用し、2000年から2024年３月の範囲で、「看護実践能力」「尺度」「開発」の３つの用語（類義語含む）でAND 検索した。選定基準、除外基準に従い、最終的に11編を分析対象とした。 《結果》： 看護実践能力の構成要素である、「知識の適用力」「人間関係形成力」「看護ケア力」「倫理的実践力」「専門職間連携力」「能力開発力」「看護を評価し保証する力」を測定する尺度は看護実践能力自己評価尺度（CNCSS）と脳卒中リハビリテーション看護認定看護師実践活動評価尺度（CN-SRNAS）の２尺度であった。それ以外の９尺度は、専門分野や対象者の状況により重要とされる構成要素が異なっていた。 《考察》： 専門分野や対象者の状況に応じた看護に特有の看護実践能力尺度の開発が必要である。新人看護職の看護実践能力を評価する場合は、自己評価だけでなく他者評価の併用を検討する必要がある。 Objective: This study aimed to identify research trends in the development of nursing practice competency scales and discuss future directions for scale development. Methods: A search was performed using the Medical Journal Web, Medical Online, and CINII, with an AND operator to identify articles using related terms “nursing practice competence,” “scale,” and “development” for the period from 2000 to March 2024. According to the selection and exclusion criteria, 11 articles were finally included in the analysis. Results: “Clinical Nursing Competence Self-Assessment Scale （CNCSS）” and “Certified Nurse in Stroke Rehabilitation Nursing Assessment Scale（ CN-SRNAS）” were used to measure all components of nursing practice competence: abilities to apply knowledge, form relationships, care for nursing, practice ethically, collaborate with other professionals, develop competence, and evaluate and guarantee nursing care. The other nine scales had different constructs considered important depending on the specialty and situation of the subject. Discussion: Nursing practice competency scales that are appropriate to the specialty and setting are needed. The use of peer and self-assessments should be considered in the assessment of the nursing practice competencies of new nurses. |
