| 内容記述 | 本研究は、死後の処置とグリーフケアの関連を文献検討により明らかにし、亡くなった本人と家族がより良い最期を迎えられるようにすることを目的とした。研究デザインとして、Arksey &OʼMalley（2005）が提示する Scoping Review のフレームワークを採用し、対象文献の抽出は、2025年５月時点の医学中央雑誌Web 版Ver.5（以下、医中誌）と国立情報学研究データベースCiNii Research（以下、CiNii）を用いた。検索範囲は2000年から2025年までとし、医中誌の検索では（死後の処置/TH or エンゼルメイク/AL） and （グリーフケア/TH or グリーフケア/AL）の検索式を用いた。CiNii の検索方式はエンゼルメイクand グリーフケアのキーワードを用いた検索式にて実施した。一次スクリーニング、二次スクリーニングを行い、最終的に19文献が分析対象文 献となった。文献の分析では、看護師が家族と協働して処置を行うことで、本人らしい容姿を保ち、遺族の希望に応えやすくなると述べられていた。特に遺影や納棺後の容姿に関する希望に対しては、看護師のみでの対応では限界があり、家族との意思疎通が重要である。ただし、闘病の痕や変化した容姿 を見ることで遺族が後悔の念を抱く可能性もあるため、同席は強要せず、家族の意思を尊重する姿勢が求められる。死後の容姿は、清拭や整容、詰め物などの処置を通じて整える必要があり、エンバーミングなどの技術で元気な頃の姿に近づけることも有効である。点滴痕の縫合や開口・開眼の閉鎖などの技術は、葬儀業者が状態を保ちやすくするためにも重要であり、医療機関との情報共有が求められる。また、容姿の重要性は年齢や死に至る経緯にも関係し、高齢者は変化が受け入れられやすいが、若年者や急逝の場合は遺族のイメージと乖離することがある。そのため、看護師らは本人の人生歴や家族の思いを理解し、それを容姿に反映することが、より良い最期の姿の提供とグリーフケアの支援につながる。 The present study aimed to clarify the relationship between post-mortem care and grief care through a literature review, with the goal of ensuring that the deceased and their families can have a more meaningful final farewell. The study adopted the scoping review framework proposed by Arksey and OʼMalley（ 2005）. The literature was extracted from the Medical Central Journal Web Ver. 5（ hereinafter referred to as “Ichushi”） and National Institute of Informatics Database CiNii Research （hereinafter referred to as “CiNii”） as of May 2025.The search period spanned from 2000 to 2025. For Ichushi, the search formula （post-mortem care/TH or angel makeup/AL） and （grief care/TH or grief care/AL） was used. For CiNii, searches were conducted using the keywords “angel makeup” and “grief care.” After primary and secondary screenings, 19 articles were selected for the final analysis. The results were summarized into three main points. First, “Angel Care for Families” involves performing angel care together with the family, which can facilitate the xpression of grief and serve as the first step in grief care. This approach is more effective than the care performed solely by nurses, as it helps maintain the natural appearance of the deceased. It is also important to respect the family’s wishes and avoid forcing their participation. Second, the “Importance of Post-Mortem Appearance” highlights that angel care involves cleansing,grooming, and procedures to prevent fluid leakage. Techniques, such as embalming, can be used to restore the appearance closer to that of the individual’s healthy state. Information sharing with funeral service providers is crucial to ensuring the deceased’s final appearance is well-maintained. Third, the theme “Deceased’s Pre-mortem Wishes” indicates that, although many people are preparing ending notes as part of end-of-life planning, there is limited discussion of wishes regarding post-mortem appearance. Post-mortem appearance can also affect an individual’s quality of death （QOD）. Therefore, it is necessary to provide patients with opportunities to express their wishes, regardless of the disease or cause of death. Angel care can considerably contribute to a family's grief care and improve the deceased’s QOD. |
