Particularly, the medical care is permitted only for the people who are qualified legally and allowed to perform as legitimate practitioners otherwise prohibited. Thus, it is necessary to examine and evaluate how the medical specialists are acting under the legal regulations. This report is a general view focused on the British legal system for the nursing professionals. I examined a formation process of Nurse, Midwives and Health Visitors Act 1997 and its concept and the function of UKCC which is the central core for the nursing professionals for their qualifications and work responsibilities controlled by laws.
