This article focuses on the “convalescent stage and chronic stage” in the medical supply system and considers the home-care-incentive policy in the revision of the medical payment system. In the future, cooperation between home care affiliates and doctors will be essential for the promotion of home care. Therefore, the reform of medical education shall be considered as well.
