@article{oai:kyukan.repo.nii.ac.jp:00000395, author = {柴田, 恵子 and 川本, 起久子}, issue = {1}, journal = {九州看護福祉大学紀要, The Journal of Kyushu University of Nursing and Social Welfare}, month = {Mar}, note = {目的:臨地実習での生命倫理の指導で看護系大学教員が考えた必要なモデルとふさわしい看護現象から生命倫理教育を明らかにする。 方法:「必要なモデル」と「ふさわしい看護現象」の回答を求め、質的分析を行った。記述は意味内容毎に分節し、コードを集約しカテゴリー名とした。  結果:「必要なモデル」は12カテゴリーで、< a. 生命倫理の学習内容・方法>(18)、< b. 出生に関連した生命倫理>(13)、< c. 治療の選択を支える意思決定とその支援>(13)であった。「ふさわしい看護現象」は20カテゴリーで、<①患者の状況>(25)、<②終末期の医療とケア>(13)、<③出生に関する医療>(11)だった。 結論:「必要なモデル」からは生命倫理の背景の理解、グループワークや症例の学習、意思決定と支援の経験、ケア基盤の看護実践であった。患者の治療と療養生活、多職種連携、患者の保護が指導に「ふさわしい看護現象」であった。  Aim: This study aimed to elucidate the contents of bioethics education, which is taught by the faculty members of nursing universities, to determine the “information necessary to establish a model of bioethics education” and the “ideal instruction methods for teaching nursing care-related phenomena.” Methods: The faculty members answered two questions regarding the teaching of bioethics in nursing practice: “What information is necessary to establish a model of bioethics education?” and “What are the ideal instruction methods for teaching nursing care-related phenomena?” The responses were analyzed qualitatively, identical codes were combined, and similar codes were grouped into categories. Results: In total, 12 categories of “information necessary to establish a model of bioethics education” were identified. In the descending order of the number of codes, the names of the categories were as follows: contents and means of instruction for bioethics education, 18 codes; bioethics related to childbirth, 13 codes; and support for patients’ decision-making and treatment choices, 13 codes. Using the same method of categorization, we identified 20 categories of “ideal instruction methods for teaching nursing care-related phenomena,” including the patients’ situations, 25 codes; treatment and care for terminally ill patients, 13 codes; and childbirth-related treatment, 11 codes. Conclusion: To obtain “information necessary to establish a model of bioethics education,” it is necessary to understand the background of the bioethics, participate in group work, learn from case studies, observe the patient’s decision-making, and support caring-based nursing practice. Therefore, the “ideal instruction methods for teaching nursing care-related phenomena” should be used to teach patient-focused treatment methods, interprofessional collaboration, and protection of patients’ rights.}, pages = {3--12}, title = {看護系大学教員の実習指導における生命倫理教育 : 実習指導経験からの内容分析}, volume = {20}, year = {2020} }
