{"created":"2023-06-19T08:29:37.491458+00:00","id":402,"links":{},"metadata":{"_buckets":{"deposit":"a60443e8-5843-4399-a711-f38af62306de"},"_deposit":{"created_by":13,"id":"402","owners":[13],"pid":{"revision_id":0,"type":"depid","value":"402"},"status":"published"},"_oai":{"id":"oai:kyukan.repo.nii.ac.jp:00000402","sets":[]},"author_link":["943","945","944","946"],"item_10002_biblio_info_7":{"attribute_name":"書誌情報","attribute_value_mlt":[{"bibliographicIssueDates":{"bibliographicIssueDate":"2020-03","bibliographicIssueDateType":"Issued"},"bibliographicIssueNumber":"1","bibliographicPageEnd":"52","bibliographicPageStart":"45","bibliographicVolumeNumber":"20","bibliographic_titles":[{"bibliographic_title":"九州看護福祉大学紀要"},{"bibliographic_title":"The Journal of Kyushu University of Nursing and Social Welfare","bibliographic_titleLang":"en"}]}]},"item_10002_description_5":{"attribute_name":"抄録","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":" 鍼灸は、主に金属製の鍼やよもぎの葉を精製したもぐさを燃焼させる灸を用いる皮膚刺激療法である。生体には様々な調節系があるが、神経系、内分泌系、免疫系はその中心となり生体の恒常性を維持する。鍼灸刺激は恒常性維持機構に働き、自然治癒力を高め治療効果をもたらすとされる。鍼灸による免疫調節の理論的根拠としては、現在のところ、免疫系の組織・器官に神経が投射していること、免疫系の細胞に神経伝達物質の受容体が発現していることがあげられる。神経系による免疫調節のメカニズムについてはようやく分子レベルで明らかになってきた。鍼灸による自然免疫系への効果としては、炎症性サイトカインの発現を誘導することや増強すること、NK 細胞活性を高めることなどが示されている。他方、獲得免疫系への効果としては、末梢血中のリンパ球動態へ影響することや抗体産生を高めることなどが示されている。しかしながら、病的状態にある個体への効果についてはほとんど明らかになっていない。本総説では、鍼灸による免疫調節の現状と課題について紹介したい。\n Acupuncture is a treatment that gives noxious stimuli such as pain and heat to the skin and adjusts physical conditions through nerves. The nervous, endocrine, and immune systems are the central regulatory systems that maintain homeostasis in the living body. Acupuncture stimulation works on the homeostatic maintenance and is believed to increase natural healing power and create a therapeutic effect. The rationale of immunomodulation by acupuncture is that nerves project to tissues and organs in the immune system and receptors for neurotransmitters are expressed on the cell surface of the immune system. Recently, the mechanism of immune regulation by the nervous system has been gradually clarified at the molecular level. Acupuncture has been reported to affect the innate immune system by inducing or enhancing the expression of inflammatory cytokines and enhancing natural killer cell activity. Moreover, acupuncture has been shown to affect the acquired immunity by affecting the lymphocyte dynamics in peripheral blood and enhancing antibody production. However, little is known about the effects it has on patients.
