{"created":"2023-06-19T08:29:24.620997+00:00","id":67,"links":{},"metadata":{"_buckets":{"deposit":"00ccdf1b-29da-4810-9fa1-886810c93fd1"},"_deposit":{"created_by":13,"id":"67","owners":[13],"pid":{"revision_id":0,"type":"depid","value":"67"},"status":"published"},"_oai":{"id":"oai:kyukan.repo.nii.ac.jp:00000067","sets":[]},"author_link":["256","118","257","258"],"item_10002_biblio_info_7":{"attribute_name":"書誌情報","attribute_value_mlt":[{"bibliographicIssueDates":{"bibliographicIssueDate":"2012-03","bibliographicIssueDateType":"Issued"},"bibliographicIssueNumber":"1","bibliographicPageEnd":"113","bibliographicPageStart":"103","bibliographicVolumeNumber":"12","bibliographic_titles":[{"bibliographic_title":"九州看護福祉大学紀要"},{"bibliographic_title":"The Journal of Kyushu University of Nursing and Social Welfare","bibliographic_titleLang":"en"}]}]},"item_10002_description_12":{"attribute_name":"論文ID（NAID）","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"110008917881","subitem_description_type":"Other"}]},"item_10002_description_5":{"attribute_name":"抄録","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"　本研究は「キレる」衝動の抑制について、アタッチメント概念により質的な探索を試みた。その際、１２名の自主志願した若い成人期にある人たちを研究協力者とすることによって、方略尺度の文面的妥当性を確保し、記憶表象の呼び出しにも安定性があると考え、久木山らの開発した方略尺度、貯蔵された内的作業モデルの一つの指標と仮定したエゴグラム、幼少期の両親との記憶表象の呼び出しによる半構造化面接調査をそれぞれに実施した。その結果、7名は「キレる」現象の予防策として、認知、回避、相談、擬似の4方略を複合的に使用し、比較的方略を上手く使える対象者は、自由でとらわれない子どもらしさ、面倒見がよい保護的親像、協調性のある順応的な子ども像が高く、硬く権威的、批判的な親像は低く、現実的な大人像が中間的なN型亞系のエゴグラム・パターンを示す傾向があった。また、幼少期に両親からアタッチメントの原点でもある「主観的な安心感」が得にくい場合は相談方略を使う傾向がみられた。幼少期の記憶表象を呼び出す半構造化面接では、両親との間で幅広い情動のやり取りを経験したものは、会話公準もしっかりし生き生きとしていた。さらに、経験、体験評価も自然であり、アタッチメント・パターンとしても自律的な傾向を示し、ホメオスタティック・アタッチメント・パターンが維持されていることが認められた。平穏に過ごしてきたが、幅広い情動のやり取りに乏しい対象者の場合、情動の喚起が破壊的である状況の中で、他者の助けを借りて均衡を取り戻すよりも、擬似的発散方略をとる傾向がみられたが、昇華的な性質を機能させることによって、「キレる」現象の予防にもつながるのではないかと考えられた。本調査で使用した半構造化面接調査法はMain&Goldwynが開発した技法と分析法の骨組のみを取り入れた調査技法であり、原法とは異なるものではあったが、この方法は単なる調査法、研究法にとどまらず、今後、臨床的援助技法や臨床的アセスメント法としても意味を持つと考えられた。","subitem_description_type":"Abstract"},{"subitem_description":"This study tried a search about controlling the impulse of KIRERU（‘going berserk’in modern Japanese ）in the light of ‘attachment’qualitatively rather than quantitatively. On the assumption that young adulthood could describe their memories easily and clearly, we carried out the interview with 12 young subjects using the methods developed by KUGIYAMA　and the others. The results were given as follows. Seven of them used the strategies of cognition, avoidance, consultation and emulation together. The subjects who can use the strategies well, had a tendency of having the high-scores of‘Free Child’‘Nurturing Parent’and‘Adopted Child’the mid-scores of‘Adult’and the low-scores of‘Critical Parent’that shows‘N-subtypes.’In case the subjects had difficulties for getting a sense of security in their childhood, they had the tendency to use the strategy of consultation. At the semi-structured interview for description of childhood, subjects who had emotional experiences with their parents over wide ranges took this interview livelily. Their attachment patterns showed self-directed types which we call ‘homeostatic-attachment-pattern.’On the other hand, the subject seemed to be lack of emotional experiences with their parents had the tendency of taking the strategy of emulation not using someone’s helps in emotionally desperate situations. Nevertheless, they might control their tempers since they had alternate sublimating strategies.
