@article{oai:kyukan.repo.nii.ac.jp:00000098, author = {齊田菜穂子 and 阿蘇品スミ子}, issue = {1}, journal = {九州看護福祉大学紀要, The Journal of Kyushu University of Nursing and Social Welfare}, month = {Mar}, note = {110007558445, 本研究は新卒看護師が就職後1年間で獲得する看護実践能力について、2005年4月にA病院に就職した新卒者講師と指導者の85組を対象に新卒者の就職後6ケ月、1年後に調査を行った。看護実践能力は、看護実践能力を測定するP.M.Schwirianらが開発したSix-Dimension Scale of Nursing Performance(以下、6-D)を用いた。6-Dはリーダーシップ5項目、クリティカルケア7項目、教育・協調11項目、計画・評価7項目、対人関係・コミュニケーション12項目、専門職開発9項目の計51項目で、各項目の回答は「よくできる(4)」~「できない(1)」の4段階評定とし、未経験で回答できない場合は「該当なし」にチェックすることとした。結果、1)自己・他者評価から就職後1年で獲得する看護実践能力は、6領域とも「なんとかできる」レベルであった。2)自己・他者評価ともに1年後、リーダーシップ、クリティカルケア、教育・協調の領域の項目の中に「できない」が2割以上あった。これらの領域は就職後1年では看護実践能力を獲得しにくい領域であると考えられる。3)自己評価と他者評価に差がみられた領域で、自己評価より他者評価のほうが低い領域は、就職後6ケ月は計画・評価、対人関係・コミュニケーションの2領域で、1年後はリーダーシップ、教育・協調、対人関係・コミュニケーションの3領域であった。リーダーシップ、教育・協調領域は問題解決的思考が必要であるため、就職後1年の時期は、シミュレーション教育や事例による学習を深め能力を高める研修プログラムをしていくことが大切な時期である。, This study investigated the nursing practice ability of newly-graduated nurses in the first year of employment. We collected the self-evaluations of all the new nurses at A Hospital along with the evaluations by their head nurses and supervisors. As a means of measurements, we used reformed and modified 6-Dimension Scale of Nursing Performance devised by P.M.Schwirian and others. This scale comprises 6 categories: leadership, critical care, teaching/collaboration, planning/evaluation, interpersonal relationship/communications, and professional development activities. Every category has sub-items and they total 51 items. The results are: 1)From the evaluations by themselves and by others, nursing performance abilities acquired in the first year were in the following 4 categories: critical care, planning/evaluation, interpersonal relationship/communications, and professional development activities. 2)More than 20% of evaluations both by themselves and by others showed that leadership, critical care, and teaching/collaboration were not acquired. This result indicated that these were the abilities that are hard for new nurses to get within a year. 3)The self-evaluations for planning/evaluation and interpersonal relationship/communications were higher than the evaluations by their head nurses and supervisors at the point of 6-month employment. Meanwhile, the self-evaluations for leadership, teaching/collaboration and interpersonal relationship/communications were higher than those by others, at the point of one-year employment.
