| 内容記述 | 福祉国家解体と言われる今日、新たに「参加型福祉社会」の名のもとに、社会の至るところで、構造再編の動きが散見される。そのなかで高齢者福祉に限ってみれば、「生きがい」という自己実現を表すことばを用いた高齢者による社会参加が求められるようになっている。このような社会変化の動向を受け、教育学においても、ライフスケールの捉え直しが求められている。これまで教育界・教育学界においては、「老い」の問題は、研究対象として積極的にその俎上に乗せられてきたとは言いがたい。従来の教育学が射程においてきたのは、人間の生のうちの子ども期から青年期にかけての上昇過程としての「成長」「発達」であった。 本稿では、こうした従来の教育学のもつ児童期から青年期を経て壮年期を頂点とする「成長」「発達」観に支配されたスケールの限界を指摘するために、「エイジング」という概念に着目し、これまでスケールの射程から排除されてきた高齢者教育の意義、その中でも学習活動において「生きがい」と称されるものの意味を探った。特に「老人大学」における教育実践に焦点を当て、政策において喧伝されるスローガンとしての「生きがい」に集約されない、すぐれて現実的実際的効用をもつプラグマティックな学習目的の下、教育が実践されていることが明らかになった。 |

| 内容記述 | The movement of structural reorganization is newly seen here and there here and there of the society in the name of "Participation type welfare society" today called welfare state dismantlement. Social participation by the senior citizen who used the word that shows the self-actualization "Something to live for" is requested if it limits it to the senior citizen welfare by the average. The trend of such a social change is received, and trying to capture of the life scale is requested in pedagogy. Up to now, it is not easy to have said that the problem of "Aging" will have been positively put on the as a research target in an educational field and the pedagogy field. It was "Growth" and "Development." as rising process of putting it from the child period of man's lives in youth that past pedagogy came in the range. In this paper, it searched for the meaning though it paid attention to the concept "Aging" to point out the limit of the scale of such past pedagogy ruled by "Growth" and "Development" outlooks in which the meridian of life was made the top through youth at the puerility, and it was called, "Something to live for" in the meaning of the senior citizen education that had been excluded from the range of the scale up to now and the especially study activity. |
