| 内容記述 | 本稿の目的は、障害児教育政策の史的展開―韓国の視覚障害児教育政策と日本との関わりを中心に―を検証し、障害児福祉政策のための1つの方向性を提示することにある。 本稿の内容は、開化期以前の障害児教育、近代的意味の障害児教育、日本帝国主義（以下、日帝と略す）時代の障害児教育、若干の考察などの順である。「おわりに」では、韓国の視覚障害児教育政策が日本との関わりによって導入されたことが、いったいどのような特徴をもたらしたのかということを、とくに終戦後の韓国の障害児教育政策に与えた影響について、さらに言及している。 |

| 内容記述 | The purpose of this study is to review and reorganize the historical development of education policies for the blind in Korea and Japan, and then propose a positive direction for welfare policies for the Blind. This study focuses on the historical development in the education for the disabled children for the periods before modern history, during Japanese colonization and for modern history is discussed. |
