| 内容記述 | 思春期・青年期保健対策の有効な手段として推奨されているピア・カウンセリング活動の育成と、ボランティアの主体的活動に向けた支援のあり方を検討するために、1年間仲間（ピア）共育活動を行ってきた6人の若者（男性3 女性3/平均年齢21歳）を対象に、活動の継続理由を調査した。その結果、継続理由は二つに分類され、「活動を通じての自己実現」「出会いと目標の発見」「社会的スキルの学習」という学びと自己の成長がもたらす活動動機と、「対話」「日常的な関わり」「仲間意識」という仲間とのつながりがもたらす継続の力で、両者は「成長への確信」を生み出していた。 今後ピア活動が主体的になっていくためには、傾聴や対話の力を若者同士の関係の中で実感し、自分や仲間の他に社会に目を向け実践され深められていく必要があることがわかった。 |

| 内容記述 | The purpose of this study was to investigate why youths continue their peer activities taking initiative and leadership. By analyzing interviews of six youths （3male, 3female；the average age is 21）, 8components were discovered；4related to motivation, which are 'self-realization through the activities,' 'dialogue,' 'encounter with other people and discover goal,' and 'social skill acquisition'； and 4related to the power of promotion, which are the 'opportunity for learning,' 'daily relationships,' 'peer connectedness,' and 'potentiality for self-development'. Those took effect of 'affirmation of development'. To initiate effective peer activities in the future it is recommended that the following components be used, 'encounter with other people,' 'dialogue,' and 'skill and opportunities for social participation,' and that the use of 'the learning opportunities,' and 'interactive relationships,' should be considered, and practice and experience in the society. |
