| 内容記述 | 有明地域保健医療福祉連携協議会「老人小委員会」が実施した、「有明地域における介護保険サービス利用に関する調査」の結果は、昨年の本学紀要に報告している。今回は、居宅サービス利用者に焦点を当て、介護保険利用に関する現状と評価を分析したところ、職員の対応がサービス選択で重視され、相談窓口として介護支援専門員が多く認知されており、ケアプランの理解度と満足度は高く、介護保険サービス利用の効果は利用者のQOL向上に反映されている等、概ね有効に機能していた。一方、自己負担額や保険料が経済的負担である者も4剖ほどいることも明らかになった。 | |||||

| 内容記述 | The result of “investigation about the elderly-care-insurance service use in the Arake area” which the Ariake area medical care welfare cooperation conference “Elderly subcommittee” conducted is reported to the Kyushu University of Nursing and Social Welfare bulletin last year. It was functioning that correspondence of the personnel is thought as important by service selection, many Care-Managers are recognized as a consultation window, the degree of comprehension and the degree of satisfaction of a care plan are high, and the effect of elderly-care-insurance service use is reflected in the improvement in QOL of a user this time when it focuss on the Home c are service user and the present condition and evaluation about elderly-care-insurance use are analyzed, etc. And in general effectively. On the other hand, it also became clear those the amount of individual coverage and whose premium are economical burdens, and that it is about 40 percent. |
