| 内容記述 | 平成10年度の厚生自書は，日本の急速な少子化の背景を，「結婚や子育てに『夢』を持てない社会になったのではないか」，と問題提起している。「共働き」が普通となった現在，“子育て生活”を楽しむ時間は制限されるであろうが，そこではかけがえのない豊かさや夢も又実感されているのではないかと思われる。そこで，子育てに夢を持てる社会の実現を目指して，保育園に通う子供を持つ親（共働き）50所帯に，“子育て生活”の満足度とそれをより豊かにするための社会的支援や教育ニーズの実態について調査した。 調査期間は2000年1月8日～27日に行なった。方法は独自に作成した“子育て生活”の満足度に関する8項目（満足感，おもしろみ，やりがい，自信，etｃ．）の5段階尺度調査，7項目（育児方針，楽しんでいること，手に入れたもの，失ったもの，現在学習したい内容と支援事業ニーズ，etｃ．）の選択肢調査，及び半構成型，自由記載式とを組み合わせた記述式調査で行なった。その結果は、回収率54％（女性26名，男性21名）であり、女性群は「大変満足」が2割で男性群の約2倍あったが，「不満」の割合も又高かった。教育ニーズは男性には半数以上があまり意識されていない。支援ニーズは，「経済的負担の軽減」が男女とも多かった。 |

| 内容記述 | The Heisei 10th annual White Paper of Ministry of Health and Welfare raised the question in which the background reasons of Japan's rapid declining of child birth are caused by the society where people cannot hope a good dream in marriage and bringing up children. Now it is quite a common place for the married couples to “work together” and they may find a limited time to enjoy “the life of child rearing”. I n spite of those facts we feel that there should be an alternative values as irreplaceable fullness as well as the emergence of dreams. On this stand point, I carried out a research on the present situation of social supports and educational needs to enrich the level of satisfaction in “child rearing” amongst 50 parents (they work together) whose children attend nursery aiming at the society where they can find pleasure in bringing up children. |
