| 内容記述 | W病院小児病棟におけるW看護短期大学部3年生の小児看護実習において、受持の子どもに学生の手作りのおもちゃを遊びに活用した主に長期入院の5つの事例を取り上げ、母子への援助効果について検討した。その結果、母子への情緒的な安定を図り、入院生活を楽しく過ごすことができたり、入院児や母親同士の交流の機会にもなっていることがわかった。また、子どもの病院体験のこわさを軽減でき、学習への動機づけや社会との接触・経験をもつ機会となっていることがわかった。 | |||||

| 内容記述 | This is a study on the resulting effects of the hand-made toys which were given to the infant inpatients whom the third year. students of “W” Nursing College were in charge of and the toys made by students. 5 cases (mainly long term inpatients) were particularly studied focusing on assisting to plan by the students in a training course in the children's ward of the “'W” hospital and the effect in assistance was discussed. Consequently, we found that the practcal usage of handmade toys brought the emotionl stability towards the relationship between mother and child and made their hospital life more pleasant and easier promoting to encourage the communication amongst the anfant-inpatients as well as their mothers. And moreover, it came to light that the usage of handmade toys helped to lessen children's feat and their will to study and developed the feeling to contact and experience the opportunites of social lire. | |||||
