| 内容記述 | All medical staff practices are governed by legal regulation. For professional nurses, midwives and health visitors, the main law is the Nurse, Midwives and Health Visitors Act. If the profession of nursing is attain more autonomy this act must be altered; how should such alteration be determined? To answer this question it is useful to consider the laws governing nursing in other countries. This report introduces the UK act, to elucidate reconsideration of the governing law in Japan. | |||||
