| 内容記述 | 本研究はロジャーズの看護論の人間と環境の概念枠組みをもとに、日本の病院・病床環境における文献研究を1982年～1997年に発表された論文について検討した。 1．病院・病床環境に関する文献数は日本では336篇、海外では（1982年～1997年の16年間）846篇であった。しかしながら、ここ数年、日本では文献数が増加傾向にあった。 2．「病院」「看護」「環境」のキーワードでは、日本17篇、海外文献数150篇であった。 3．日本の病院・病床に関して最も多かった研究は病原微生物の分布状況や汚染状況に関する88篇で、患者のQOLの向上に寄与する研究は少なかった。 4．心理学的、社会学的、文化的要因に関する研究も8篇と少なかった。 |

| 内容記述 | This study reviews the literature on the environment of both the hospital and the patient's room using Roger's nursing theory, which focuses on the human-environment relationship. Regarding both the hospital and the patient's room, there were 88 report concerning the distribution of bacteria and pollution of the environment, and a few examined the improvement of the patient's QOL. There was little research on the psychological, social and cultural factors of the ‘environment.’ This study provides information of the environment of the hospital and patient's room in Japan, which would be useful for improving the techniques and knowledge of nursing. | |||||
