| 内容記述 | ［目的］理学療法士養成における臨床実習指導者が理想とする実習生像について、テキストマイニング分析を用いて客観的に把握することを目的とした｡ ［方法］調査期間は2013年８月からの８か月間｡臨床実習を実施している42施設の理学療法士を対象として任意に回答要請し、無記名でアンケートを行った｡質問は「理想とする実習生像」について自由記載とした｡自由記載の回答はテキスト形式にデータ化し、KHCoder を用いてテキストマイニング分析を行った｡分析内容は、頻出語抽出と階層的クラスター分析及び共起ネットワークの作成とした｡さらにKruskal の非計量多次元尺度構成法（以下、NMDS）による分析を加え、図表化した｡ ［結果］479名（臨床経験年数8.5±6.1年）の指導者を分析対象とした｡自由記載では6917語が抽出された｡データより最頻150語「頻出語（語数）」を抽出した結果、「実習（133）」、「患者（71）」、「素直（68）」、「自分（65）」、「積極（59）」、が上位５番目までの頻出語であった｡抽出語は、６つのクラスターに分類された｡ また共起ネットワークからは、「 実習」、「自分」、「姿勢」、「積極」、「素直」などを中心として、特徴的な頻出語との強い繋がりを示した｡さらに抽出語を用いてNMDS を行ったところ、幾何的図形により単語の関係性を示すことができた｡ ［考察］指導者は実習生に対して、知識・技術よりも実習に臨む積極性・姿勢・素直さ・患者を思う気持ち・意欲などを重要視しており、先行研究で指摘された学生の問題点の改善を求めているわけではないことが推測できた｡今後はさらに客観的分析を進めながら、臨床実習教育体制の構築を目指す必要がある｡ 〔Purpose〕This study aimed to reach an objective understanding of the ideal image of a trainee held by clinical educators.〔Subjects and Methods〕The survey duration was eight months from August 2013 to March 2014. Physical therapists from 42 facilities providing clinical training were invited to participate in an anonymous survey questionnaire. They were asked to freely describe “their ideal image of an intern”. Their responses were subjected to text mining analysis by using KH Coder. The analysis involved the extraction of frequently occurring words, hierarchical cluster analysis, construction of a co-occurrence network, and non-metric multidimensional scaling（ NMDS）. The study subjects were 479 clinical educators.〔Results〕From the free description, 6,917 words were extracted. The extraction of the 150 most common words （number of word occurrences）from the data revealed that the five most frequently occurring words were training （133）, patient（s）（71）, honesty（ 68）, self（ 65）, and positive（ 59）. The common words were classified into six clusters. Furthermore, the cooccurrence network indicated strong associations with characteristically common words, primarily involving training, self, attitude, positivity, and honesty. Moreover, NMDS was successfully used to represent the relationships between words as a geometric figure. 〔Conclusion〕Clinical educators ascribed importance to the trainees’ positivity, attitude, honesty, compassion for patients, and motivation during the training. Building on this foundation, we must continue to improve the clinical education system. |
