| 内容記述 | There are three objectives in the role of “journals”. The first is to learn the value of “document”, The second as to improve their “charting skill” and finally to acquire objective views. By arranging appropriate formats of journals, students can manage to learn effectively and approach to the aim of practicum nursing. The significance of “journals” in the education of nurses lies in bringing up the students, who can learn through their own initiative and hold their clinical judgement. | |||||
