| 内容記述 | 2010年度の文部科学省「学校基本調査」結果によると、2010年3月の高等学校卒業者の大学等への現役進学率は54.4％で過去最高であったという。大学学部への進学率は50.9％で前年度比0.7ポイントの上昇で、こちらも過去最高となった。このような高い進学率に並行して、入学者の学習意欲や目的意識、規範意識の多様化がすすんでいる。今日では、受け入れる大学側において、これら多様な学生に対して“高校から大学の転換期あるいは移行期を支援”（河合塾2010）することを目的に、初年次教育が実施されている。 今日、初年次教育への関心は高い。すでに全国の大学・短大等の8割以上において取り入れられているという。本稿では大学における初年次教育に注目し、学士課程教育において初年次教育がどのように目されているのか、また、学士課程教育における初年次教育の役割は何か、さらには他大学においてこの初年次教育はどのように取り組まれているのかなど、学士課程教育の枠組みの中で初年次教育について考えみたい。 |

| 内容記述 | According to the results of "School Basic Survey" Ministry of Education fiscal year 2010, to the active service of the university advancement rate of high school graduates in March 2010 that 54.4 % was the highest in the past. Undergraduate university enrollment rate to 50.9 %, up 0.7 points compared to the previous year. This ratio was also a record. In parallel to such a high admission rate, sense of purpose and motivation for learning, diversification of normative consciousness in enrollment is progressing. Today, with the goal of "supporting the transition from high school to university" (2010 Kawaijuku) for these diverse students have been carried out First-Year Experience. In recent years, it is interest in higher. It is said that more than 80% of universities and junior colleges across the country, have already adopted this First-Year Experience. In this paper the basis of these circumstances, carried out the verification for the next two points to focus on First-Year Experience in University, were able to obtain certain results. 1. The significance and role of education in the First-Year Experience undergraduate education. 2. Analyzes the First-Year Experience in other universities, explore the way forward in our University department of social welfare. As a result, I was able to clear from this paper, on that enrich undergraduate education, the First-Year Experience has been eye as one of the important components that cannot be essential. In addition, I was able to clarify that it also plays an important role, connect to a Bachelor Degree acceptable by international standards. Moreover, as a result of the First-Year Experience of other Universities to analyzer, can be seen some of the common efforts became clear. On the other hand, was able to see some efforts at many of Universities of each feature. |
