| 内容記述 | 母性看護学実習における実習の目的は、学内での知識・技術・態度の統合を図り、受け持ちケースや外来妊婦、出産に立ち会うことにより、人間関係能力を高め、看護実践能力を高めることであり、実習を効果的にするには事前準備が重要な鍵である。 K看護大学が、これまで母性看護学実習の事前準備として実施してきた講義・演習が実習を行う上で効果的であったかどうかを検討するために、演習前・演習後・実習後に学生にアンケートを実施した。その結果、従来からのTheme Reportは実習前準備として学生にとって負担が大きく、実習地では計画の変更も多いことが明らかになった。そこで、実習の目的を達成するには、Theme Reportの目的を変更することが重要な鍵といえる。 |

| 内容記述 | The maternity nursing practicum aims to integrate knowledge, skills, and perspectives developed on campus and to enhance interpersonal skills and practical nursing competencies through attending assigned patients, outpatients and childbirth. To this end, in-advance preparation plays a key role in maximizing effectiveness of the clinical field training. “K” Nursing University has been providing lectures and workshops in advance to students to get them ready for the clinical training of maternity nursing, To verify the effectiveness of such preparation, questionnaires were conducted on students three times; before and after workshop, and after the clinical training. Results of the questionnaires demonstrated that the current style of theme report imposed too much burden on students as a preparatory work for the clinical training, and that the theme itself and the schedule often changed in the field. For achieving the goals of the practicum, changing the target of the theme report was found to assume a key role. |
