| 内容記述 | この研究の目的は、看護師と学生の肝硬変の看護技術選択に違いがあるかどうかを明らかにすることで、看護師と学生によって作成された看護技術間の図を3項目－食事、排泄、活動－とそれ以外の10項目によって分析する。3項目は肝硬変の看護をする上では必要かつ重要な看護技術で、3項目と他の項目、3項目内の看護技術の関連としての図の指標である。我々は15人の看護師と15人の学生が描いた60枚の図を調査した。図の作成は2回で、1回目は、肝硬変患者の看護をするとき、81看護技術から看護技術を選び、看護技術を関連づける。2回目は、肝硬変患者の看護ケアと肝硬変疾患について必要な治療、診断、ケアのマップとを照らし合わせて看護技術を選ぶ。看護師は学生よりも81看護技術から多くの看護技術を選び、正確に肝硬変疾患と関連づけていた。看護技術の一方向の関連性は双方向よりも多かった。図は看護師と学生の違いと看護技術の選択の特徴を示すということが明らかになった。看護技術の選択は必要な看護ケアの決定と看護経験における行為を意味する。看護師と学生は明らかに典型的な看護技術を肝硬変患者の看護ケアと関連させていた。だが、学生はマップ参照後に選んだ看護技術をチェックし、一方、看護師はマップ参照後に選択を変更でき、新しい方向は優先順位の高い看護ケアになっていた。 | |||||

| 内容記述 | The objective of the present study was to clarify the differences between nurses and students in the selection of nursing skills for liver cirrhosis patients. This was done by analyzing the diagrams of correlations among nursing skills drawn by nurses and students in terms of the following three skill groups: three skill groups (feeding, toileting, and help with mobilization activities) and the other ten skill groups. The three-skill group consisted of the necessary and important nursing skills for liver cirrhosis patients, and diagrams were drawn to examine correlations between this three-skill group and the other ten skill groups and among the three nursing skill groups. We analyzed a total of 60 diagrams drawn by 15 nurses and 15 students. Each participant was asked to draw two diagrams. In the first, participants were asked to select from 81 nursing skills for liver cirrhosis patients and draw a correlation diagram. In the second, each participant was asked to select nursing skills by referring to a schema of the necessary treatment, diagnosis, and nursing care of liver cirrhosis patients. When compared to the students, the nurses chose more of the 81 nursing skills and accurately correlated them to liver cirrhosis. There were more unidirectional nursing skills than bidirectional nursing skills. The diagrams represented the differences between the nurses and students and the characteristics of nursing skill selection. The selection of nursing skills translates to the decision making process related to the necessary nursing care and behaviors based on nursing experience. Both the nurses and students clearly correlated the typical nursing skills to the nursing care of liver cirrhosis patients. While the students verified their initial choices after referring to the schema, the nurses changed their selections after referring to the schema, and the changes reflected high-priority nursing care. |
