| 内容記述 | 平成17年度の精神看護学の授業のなかで、K大学の看護学科2年生129名を対象に「ライフサイクルと危機的状況」というテーマで、平成17年4月から6月にかけて問題解決型のグループワークを実施した。本研究の目的は、グループワーク学習のプロセスを通して研究的思考と研究のスキルの基礎的育成における学習効果と課題を明らかにすることである。グループによる研究計画書の作成、研究レポートの作成、ポートフォリオによる情報収集、学会形式の発表という学習プロセス・研究レポートの内容・学習内容と学習効果についてのアンケート調査から検討した結果以下のことが明らかになった。学習効果として、グループワークを通して課題解決型の研究レポートの作成は、問題の背景・要因分析は浅い候向にあったが、緒言・研究方法・結果・考察・結論・文献活用と一連の論文形式としてまとめることにより研究的な思考の理解を図ることができる。学会形式の発表会及び来賓の招待は、専門職への動機づけや自己研鑽、ポートフォリオの作成は、研究歴を残すことで自己肯定感を高め、情報収集や文献整理ができ、自己評価や研究の基礎となるスキル形成に繋がる。今後の課題として、研究的思考の育成を1年次より系統的に教授される必要性、そして思考の深まりや課外による学生の負担を軽減するためにゆとりあるカリキュラムの構築が必要であるということがあげられた。 | |||||

| 内容記述 | In the FY 2005 psychiatric nursing course for the 129 sophomores at “K” University, problem-solving group works were employed from April through June 2005 under the theme of “Life Cycle and Crisis”. This study aimed to elucidate the learning effects and the challenges in fostering basic academic thinking and skills through the process of group works. Examination of their learning process (creating a group research plan, formulating a research report, data acquisition based on a portfolio， and public presentation ｉｎ manner of academic conference), contents of research reports and the results of questionnaire survey conceming the contents of leaning and the leaming effects shed light on the following effects and agenda in terms of incubating the academic thinking and skills. As for the leaming effects, writing problem-solving research reports through group works facilitated students to understand the academic thinking by following the sequence of the academic paper format (introduction, research method, results, examination, conclusion, and reference), although their reports tended to show somewhat shallow factor/background analysis of the issue. In addition, public presentation in manner of academic conference with invited gulests developed stuldentsÅf motivation for professionals and self-culture. At the same time, filing a portfolio allowed students to raise their self-affirmation with the visible research archival record, and to file the acquired data, which helped them evaluate themselves and acquire basic academic skills. As for agenda, this study found the necessity of systematic teaching from the first year to foster academic thinking. It also highlighted the need of a curriculum with grater latitude, which eases the burden on students from extracurricular activities, to encourage deeper thinking. | |||||
