| 内容記述 | 2004 年4 月「玉名市男女共同参画推進条例」が施行された。この条例の制定過程において、今までの男女共同参画社会の実現に向けた玉名市の取り組みをもとに、玉名市男女共同参画社会推進懇話会に諮問された。懇話会では直ちに条例検討委員を設置し、男女共同参画社会基本法や玉名市の特性について協議を重ね、条例に盛り込むべき内容を検討した。そして、玉名市は農水産業・商工業の町でもあること、固定的な役割分担意識が深く浸透していることを観点とした条例案が答申された。このような過程を経た玉名市男女共同参画推進条例は玉名市の地域特性やジェンダーの視点が充分反映された条例となったが、固定的な役割分担意識の払拭や、この意識が起因していると思われる人権侵害や女性の社会参画の低さの解消が条例施行後の課題として明らかになった。 | |||||

| 内容記述 | The ordinance of forward a Gender-Equal Society had come into force in April 2004. To prepare this ordinance, we had The Gathering for Discussion of Gender-Equal Society to debate the contents of the ordinance. In this initial gathering, they selected some main members to examine the problems especially in each field which is our community characteristics. Especially our community is agricultural & marine products industry and commerce & manufacturing industry, so the stereotyped perceptions of gender role is deeply exist in our society, so that these situations had been referred into our ordinance. However, for our future assignment, we need further discussion to prevent the stereotyped perceptions of gender role in our house and offices, and to improve our poor understanding of human rights and low rate of women’s roll in society. | |||||
