| 内容記述 | 本研究の目的は看護学生を対象に臨床実習における自覚的疲労症状を縦断的に調査し、自覚的疲労症状の因子構造及びその変化を明らかにすることである。A大学医療技術短期大学部看護学科3年次学生226名を対象に、自覚的疲労症状の調査項目（54項目）にて自覚的疲労症状（実習前・中・後）を調査し、因子分析を行った。その結果、自覚的疲労症状（実習前・中・後）の因子構造は各6因子が抽出され、実習における学生の疲労現象の構造が明らかになった。縦断的にみて、実習前の「失感情」、実習中の「下肢倦怠感」と「肩こり」、実習後の「休息欲求」因子が異なる因子として明らかになった。 | |||||

| 内容記述 | The purpose of this study was to conduct longitudinal investlgation into subjective feeling of fatigue in nursing practice for nursing students and to identify the factors in subjective feeling of fatigue and their changes. The subjects of this study were 266 third-year-grade students in the Department of Nursing, A University College of Medical Sciences. Their subjective feelings of fatigue （before, during and after nursing practice） were investigated by using the items for the investigation into subjective feeling of fatigue （54items） and the factor analysis was conducted. As a result, 6 factors of subjective feeling of fatigue were got in each period and the structure of phenomena of nursing students' fatigue in nursing practice was solved. The factors which were identified as different ones in each period were “loss of emotion” before nursing practice, “weakness in the legs” and “stiff neck” during nursing practice and “desire for rest” after nursing practice. | |||||
