| 内容記述 | 本研究は、在宅ケアを担う介護者のためのより良い社会的支援の理論的根拠を明らかにすることを目的に、在宅介護を担う介護者54名を対象としてアンケートおよびインタビュー調査を同時に実施した。アンケートデータから介護量や生活瀾足度を定量化し、それぞれについて層別化した。ストレスを指標とした介護量と満足度についての層別分析から、生活満足度はストレスにだけでなくストレス非依存性要因により大きく影響されることを明らかにした。次に、ストレス非依存性要因を明らかにするためリクール解釈学的方法によりインタビューデータを解釈した結果、“気持ちの切り替え”、“気軽な手助げ’、“家族や周りからの評価”、“要介護者からの感謝”、“介護の受け入れ”、“息抜きになる余暇”、“介護の主体性”、“健廉への取組み”の8要因により構成され、それらは介護者および周囲の生活空間に資源として存在するストレングズに一致することが分かった。以上より生活満足度を高める有効な社会的支援として情緒的サポートの重要性が示唆された。 | |||||

| 内容記述 | The purpose of this research is to demonstrate the theoretical basis of the better social support for family caregivers with elderly. The questionnaire survey was carried out from door to door for 54 caregivers. A majority of caregivers were restrained by care in a situation without the substitution every day for a long time. One side, they answered that a chat with friends or leisure taking a break became a pleasant change of a feeling. The factor analysis results that the care situation was regulated with 6 factors such competence, life satisfactory, care burden, health, long－term care system and stress-coping. There are persons with high stress but high life satisfaction and/or contrastive persons with low life satisfaction but low stress from analysis classified by iayer, which denies the theory of stress-coping and suggested that the life satisfactory is greatly influenced by the stress independent factor. We interpreted the stress non-dependability factors by the phenomenological-hermeneutic approach inspired by P. Ricoeur. Consequently, emotion-factors such as peoples understand each other, lighthearted help, evaluation from families and surroundings, and gratitude from elderly requiring care were found from interview data. We demonstrated clearly that it is in agreement with strengths to which these exist in the life space of a care giver and the circumference as resources. From this fact, the importance of emotion-support was suggested as effective social support which raises the degree of life satisfactory. | |||||
