| 内容記述 | 介護支援専門員は介護保険制度の要と言われているが、その基礎資格は様々で教育課程も異なっている。前回は生野らによって居宅・施設サービス担当別の介護支援専門員の活動の現状と課題が明らかにされた。今回は介護支援専門員の活動を保健・医療職と福祉職の職種別に分け、教育背景についても比較、検討を行った。その結果、福祉職のうち、社会福祉士、介護福祉士、訪問介護員（ホームヘルパー）を基礎資格とする教育や研修の課題が明らかになった。 | |||||

| 内容記述 | Those foundation qualifications vary, and a course of study is different, too, though the point of the health coverage system is said to the care support special staff. The present condition of the activities of another care support special staff and a subject were explained by Shonos last time as to the residence house, facilities service charge. The activitjes of the care support special staff were djvided into the one of job by the type of the health, medical job and the welfare job this time, and comparison and an examination were done as for the education background as well. The education which makes a social worker in the welfare job, a care social worker and a visit care staff a foundation qualification, and the subject of the training became obvious as that result. |
