| 内容記述 | 本稿は精神保健福祉援助実習生の支援のあり方について論述した。実習生は配属実習中に様々な課題や悩みを抱える。まず、実習生の課題について、精神保健福祉援助実習、国家試験、就職活動、卒業研究論文などがあることを指摘した。次に、精神保健福祉援助実習の現状と課題について明らかにした。第3に、実習生の実習中の悩みについて整理した。最後に、この実習生の悩みや課題に対応する方策として、実習生支援のセーフティネットの構築について述べた。第1に、実習生のエンパワーメントを活用する方策について述べた。この方策としては、携帯電話やメールなどを使った相談方法の多様化について述べた。他には、実習前にボランティア体験をすることで、実習ショックの軽減を図るとともに、利用者との関わりの調整について述べた。第2に、実習生支援のシステム化という観点で、実習報告会、実習連絡協議会などをシステム化することで、実習担当者の連携を深め、実習生の支援となることを指摘した。 | |||||

| 内容記述 | This article discusses the support for students taking the course in Psychiatric Social Work Practicum course. Generally, students have many issues and concerns during fieldwork period including fieldwork in psychiatric social work placement, national examination, job hunting, and preparation for graduation thesis. After clarifying the tasks and dilemma during field practicum, this article examines the safety-nets？ measures？ to help the students cope with their problems. First, it is important to empower students through consultation employing various means of communication such as portable phone and/or electronic mail. Second, volunteer experiences before fieldwork was found to be helpful for students to become familiar with mental hospitals or rehabilitation facilities as well as with patients. Finally, this article points out that it is crucial to systematize performance review meetings of students after fieldwork and consultation with field instructor, which can strengthen the relationship between the field instructor and field liaison in university. This structure involving a high degree of cooperation between the participating units will provide the students with much support required during the fieldwork. | |||||
