| 内容記述 | J病院の勤務年数10年以上の中堅リーダー40名（男性8名、女性32名）を対象とした職場研修にラボラトリー方式の体験学習を取り入れた。参加者は、トレーニングへ関心をもち自己投入しており、開放的な雰囲気で楽しく実施できていた。2回の研修を適して、個人の内面におこっていること、他者との問でおこっていることを通して、関係の在り方と関係の形成にむけて考える機会となっていることが伺えた。また、研修後において職場や患者との人間関係の持ち方にも活用されていた。 | |||||

| 内容記述 | This is a study on what we found in a practical and experimental work in a training situation. We adopted a method of practical experience under the Laboratorial system in the vocational training for the leading staff (male 8 and female 32) with 10 years or more working experience in “J” Hospital. The participants were keen to dedicate themselves in this training and there was an open and ardent atmosphere. It was observed that they had opportunities to learn that there are so many situations and how the relationships would be formed looking in what is thought in individual minds and what is happening in other peoples' minds in those two vocational training sessions. It looked that the skill they gained was applied to handle the relationships between the patients and the hospital in the actual situations after the sessions. |
