| 内容記述 | 本研究の目的は臨床実習における看護学生と患者との関係について、ひきこもり、儀礼、雑談、ゲーム、親交および活動の時間の構造化6要素について、交流分析（Transactional Analysis ： TA）で明らかにすることである。「看護学生の人間関係調査用紙」を作成し、A大学医療技術短期大学部看護学生74名を対象として1年次、2年次、3年次にわたって調査した。分析は各学年実習終了後のデータについて因子分析（バリマックス回転）を行い因子の解釈と命名を行った。そして各年次の各因子構造を比較検討した。結果、1年次因子構造は「他者否定」「雑談」「自閉的向学」「非儀礼」「活動」「患者逃避」である。2年次因子構造は「内面思考」「活動」「儀礼」「他者否定」「排他的集団結成」「非雑談」である。3年次は「内面思考」「親交・雑談」「儀礼・親交」「他者肯定」「自閉的向学」「活動」である。次に1年次から3年次の因子構造の変化をみると「他者否定」が「他者肯定」へ、「患者逃避」が「活動」へとなった。このことは3年次に、より建設的な時間の構造化が見られるということを意味している。 | |||||

| 内容記述 | The purpose of this study is to identify the relationship between nursing students and patients in an experimental practice through six factors of time structuing (withdrawal, ritual, pastime, game, intimacy, activity) in Transactional Analysis. This study was conducted involving 74 nursing students of the Department of Nursing, A University College of Medical Sciences for 3 years by using the method of “the questionnair for human relations of nursing students”. The factor analysis (varimax method) was conducted for the data from this investigation and its interpretation and naming were performed. As a result, six factors were verified at the end of each academic year, and they were discussed in comparison respectively. Regarding the transition in factors from the first-year-grade students to the third-year-grade students, “I'm OK, You're Not OK'' changed to “I'.m OK, You're OK” and “getteing away from patients” changed to “activity”. This meant that more constructive time structuring was observed in the third-year-grade students. |
