| 内容記述 | 本研究は、新人を含む後輩看護師に対し大学卒業後3年以上の看護業務の経験がある看護師（プリセプター）が指導している生命倫理に関する内容を明らかにすることである。その上で、生命倫理教育内容の構造化を行ない、看護職者養成における基礎資料とする。質問紙調査を実施し、回収数は85、回収率は57.8％で、女性74（87.0％）、男性11（12.9％）だった。記述の回答内容はコード化し、内容の類似性でカテゴリーを作成した。その結果、記述内容の54件について分析し、コード数146件を作成した。コードについては内容の類似性で分類し、小カテゴリーを28個作成し、それら28個から大カテゴリー6つを作成した。 6つの大カテゴリーの名称は「自己決定の尊重」、「生と死」、「患者と家族の状況」、「看護ケア実践」、「看護師の態度」、「生命倫理」であった。生命倫理の指導に必要となる看護業務の経験は、大カテゴリーの「患者と家族の状況」、「看護ケア実践」、「看護師の態度」の中にあり、プリセプターは患者の個別性とその理解のあり方を重視していた。そして、倫理的態度を新人看護師、後輩に指導をしようと心がけていた。また看護師は生命倫理の重視すべき側面と個別的な看護ケア実践の実現という側面とを併せた指導を行なっていた。新人看護師、後輩が生命倫理の内容を振り返ることは、自覚的な捉え返しと看護ケア実践の振り返りが可能になり、そのことが看護師としての自己の確立へつながると考えられる。 |

| 内容記述 | This study clarified the bioethics guidance provided by nurses with 3 years or more of post-graduate nursing experience to junior nurses, including new nurses. In addition, it is intended to serve as reference material for structuring bioethics education in nurse training. A questionnaire survey was conducted, and 85 completed questionnaires were collected, for a response rate of 57.8%. Seventy-four (87.0%) of the respondents were women and 11 (12.9%) were men. The descriptive responses were coded, and categories were established based on similar content. As a result, 54 descriptive responses were analyzed, and 146 codes were created. The content was categorized by similarity, with codes created for 28 subcategories and 6 major categories based on the subcategories. The 6 major categories were as follows: respect for the patient's self-determination, life and death, circumstances of the patient and his/her family, practical nursing care, the nurse's attitude, and bioethics. The types of nursing experience necessary to provide bioethics guidance were encompassed by the following major categories: circumstances of the patient and his/her family, practical nursing care, and the nurse's attitude. Preceptors emphasized the individuality of patients and an appropriate understanding of that individuality. They also tried to provide new and junior nurses with guidance on ethical attitudes. Moreover, the nurses provided guidance that combined the aspects of bioethics that should be emphasized when practicing individualized practical nursing care. Reconsidering the bioethics guidance they receive enables new and junior nurses to engage in subjective reexamination and reflect on practical nursing care, which may help them establish themselves as nurses. |
