| 内容記述 | 世界保健機構(以下｢WHO｣)は1986年ヘルスプロモーションを提唱し、その戦略の一つに地域活動の強化(以下｢コミュニティ・エンパワーメント｣)を掲げている。この戦略の日本における具体的な実践事例報告は不十分である。さらに、この過程で住民が求める保健師の役割に関する報告も十分とは言い切れない。そこで、本研究の目的は、旧蘇陽町(現山都町)の事例から健康な地域づくり過程におけるコミュニティ・エンパワーメントと住民が求める保健師の役割を明らかにすることである。研究対象は、町の健康な地域づくり活動時2～12年間｢健康むら長｣を務め、健康推進活動に関わった住民とし、郵送による無記名自記式質問紙調査を実施した。質問紙の内容は、｢健康むら長｣を担った動機、その活動内容(①民主的な住民組織としての成長、②住民組織の地域の健康課題解決への志向性、③地域の社会資源としての住民組織の活動)、｢健康むら長｣を担ったことによる自分自身・家族・周囲の変化、保健師に求める役割とした。その結果、｢健康むら長｣制度は会の運営や活動内容を話し合いながら進めるなど民主的な組織運営を図り、健康課題を確認し明らかな活動目的を持っていたこと等が明らかになった。さらに、｢健康むら長｣を担ったことによって自分自身や家族・周囲の変化があったこと、保健師の役割については、｢住民に必要な情報を提供｣、｢活動の場や機会を設定｣、｢活動への理解｣、｢相談にのる｣こと等の回答を得た。以上のことから、｢健康むら長｣制度は、コミュニティ・エンパワメント過程であり、その過程における保健師の役割は、住民に必要な情報を提供し、住民の相談にのるなど、住民にとって身近な存在であることが重要であると言及できる。 | |||||

| 内容記述 | The World Health Organization (WHO) advocated health promotion in 1986, and the strengthening of community activities (community empowerment) as one of the strategies. Japanese case reports concerning this strategy are insufficient. Also, the role of public health nurses based on this report is inadequate. The objective of this study was to investigate community empowerment in the community health improvement process and the role of public health nurses desired by residents in former Soyou Town (Present: Yamato Town). The subjects were "kenko-muratyo" working as community health promoters from 2 to 12 years when the health promotion process was in progress, performing health-promoting activities, who rook part in an anonymous questionnaire survey. The survey focused on the motivation to be a "community health promoter", the contents of activities, the effect of changes on oneself・the family・community on being "kenko-muratyo", and the role of public health nurses. Therefore, a review of the structure of community health promoters will examine their objectives-to develop a plan for the democratic administration of the organization, in which the administration of the academic society and its activities is conducted through discussions, and identify and examine health-related problems and the effects of changes on people, their families, and the community as health promoters. Regarding the role of public health nurses, they answered "give information which the residents need", "set up opportunities and a place for activities", "understand the activities", and "listen to residents' comments and give advice". The roles of public health nurses in community empowerment are important, for example, to provide necessary information and opportunities for activities. |
