| 内容記述 | 本研究では、健康な暮らしを支える社会的ネットワーク特性等の要因の地域比較から、健康推進をはかるために担うべき保健師の役割と機能の一端を明らかにすることを目的に、健康長寿高齢者の社会的ネットワーク特性の地域比較を行った。A 市の同一日常生活圏内に住む介護保険認定を受けていない80 歳以上の高齢者12 名に、半構造的面接法による調査を行った。人口が集中し高齢化率が低い町部と高齢化率が高く交通アクセスが乏しい郡部に分け同じ日常生活圏域とされる地域包括圏域での地域差を検討した。結果、ソーシャルキャピタル関連項目及び社会的ネットワーク関連項目は郡部が有意に高く、挑戦意欲は町部が有意に高かった。よって、介護保険制度上同一の日常生活圏域であってもソーシャルキャピタル醸成度及び社会的ネットワーク特性は異なることが明らかとなり、地域的、風土的多様性は、小規模なコミュニティ単位で把握することが重要であると考えらえた。したがって、保健師は地域に赴き地区把握を基礎としたヘルスプロモーションのコーディネーターとしての専門性を深め、人や組織を巻き込み連動する力を養い地域特性を踏まえた支援を行う必要があると考えた。 In this study, we aimed to understand how social capital as a result of social networking can help support a healthy lifestyle, the role public health nurses should play in order to promote health, and the results presented by region and social network. In City A, using a process of loosely structured interviews, we examined 12 people aged 80 years or older who had not undergone an insurance Needs Assessment Report. I focused on examining regional differences within community circles, separating groups into areas with low and high rates of aging populations in cities and areas with limited transport access in rural communities. The results indicated that rural areas had a higher incidence of social capital and social networking, and their willingness to create such networks yielded better outcomes. Thus, it is clear that long-term care insurance based on creating a system to incorporate everyday lifestyles and social capital building in small community units is becoming increasingly important. Therefore, public health nurses believe that it is necessary to provide support to deepen our understanding and create a foundation upon which coordinators for the promotion of health can bring people and organizations together to improve regional care. |
