| 内容記述 | 目的は、看護教員と看護師の教授経験の分析から、看護学実習における生命倫理教育内容の教材化を明らかにすることである。方法は、「インフォームド・コンセント」と「カンファレンス」について看護学実習での教授経験を教員、経験あり看護師とない看護師に調査した。 先行研究によると、教材化は「教材解釈」と「教材構成」で、「インフォームド・コンセント」から教材解釈、「カンファレンス」から教材構成のコードを見いだした。分析方法は質的分析で、共通性のある類似コードにカテゴリー名がつけられた。結果は、「教材解釈」としてインフォームド・コンセントで抽出されたカテゴリーは39、教員と看護師が選んでいたのは〔看護ケア〕、〔理解〕、〔同意〕だった。一方、カンファレンスで抽出されたカテゴリーは52で共通カテゴリーはなかった。 結論としては、生命倫理教育では個々の教授者の役割や経験が教材化に反映していた。臨床でケア経験を生命倫理の理解に体系的に繋げることは非常に重要である。 Purpose: This study aims to clarify the process of creating bioethics education teaching materials for a nursing practicum based on an analysis of the teaching experiences of nursing instructors and nurses. Methods: We conducted a survey of instructors with experience teaching about “informed consent” and “conferences” in clinical practicums as well as nurses with and without such experience. According to previous research, the creation of teaching materials involves “teaching material interpretation” and “teaching material organization.” We therefore identified codes for teaching material interpretation from teaching about “informed consent” and codes for teaching material organization from teaching about “conferences.” Data were analyzed qualitatively and similar codes with commonalities were assigned category names. Results: In total 39, categories were extracted from teaching about informed consent as “teaching material interpretation.” Both instructors and nurses chose the categories ‘“nursing care,”’ ‘“understanding”’ and‘“consent.’” Meanwhile, 52 categories were extracted from teaching about conferences and no common categories were seen. Conclusions: The roles and experiences of individual instructors were reflected in the creation of teaching materials in bioethics education. It is very important to systematically connect care experiences to the understanding of bioethics in clinical practice. |
