| 内容記述 | 本研究では、地域在宅高齢者の信頼、互酬性、ネットワークである概念的なソーシャル・キャピタルと、実際の支援行動となるソーシャルサポートがどう関連しているかを検討し、健康な地域づくりを推進するための示唆を得ることを目的とした。A市の65歳以上84歳以下の5,000人を対象とした初回調査から追跡調査の同意を得られた131名を対象に、半構成的面接法による調査を実施した。結果、調査対象は、ソーシャル・キャピタルが醸成されやすい条件を持ち得ている均一的な集団の特徴がみられた。年齢に伴いIADL得点や主観的健康感の低下はみられたものの、ソーシャルキャピタル関連項目においては有意な差は認められなかった。また世帯構造別では、夫婦のみ世帯で生活満足度が高く、受領サポートの少ない傾向がみられたが、SC得点など多くの項目で世帯構造別での差はなかった。ソーシャル・キャピタルとソーシャルサポートの関連は、受領サポートよりも提供サポートがSC得点と関連していた。良好なソーシャル・キャピタルの醸成には、受領サポートと提供サポートのバランスの維持が必要であり、家族以外の者でも比較的気軽に提供できる評価サポートを強化することも必要であると示唆された。 This study examined the association between social capital (SC) as a concept representing values, such as trust,reciprocity, and networks, and social support (SS) provided through actions for elderly community residents. Among the 5,000 residents of City A aged 65?84 and involved in our initial survey, semi-structured interviews were conducted with 131, who also consented to participate in a follow-up. The results revealed the uniform characteristics of a group in which SC development is promoted. While IADL scores and subjective health levels decreased with age, there were no significant differences in SC-related scores. Households with spouses showed a higher level of life satisfaction, with a lower score representing <receiving support>, but most scores, including those related to SC, did not vary among all types of household. As for the association between SC and SS, <providing support> was associated with SC scores more closely than <receiving support>. The maintenance of a favorable balance between <receiving support> and <providing support> was suggested to be essential for the development of an appropriate SC. In this respect, it may be necessary to promote<assessing support> that is less influenced by the health level and can be provided relatively easily by individuals other than family members. |
