| 内容記述 | 本研究では、愛着スタイルの研究の動向を明らかにし、看護師のメンタルヘルス支援への愛着スタイルの適用の可能性について検討することを目的とした。医学中央雑誌Web 版で2021年まで「愛着スタイル」等のキーワードで検索を行い、合計20文献を対象文献とした。 その結果、調査対象は大学生・専門学校生が12本と一番多く、看護師が調査対象となっている文献はなかった。愛着スタイルの尺度は４種類使用されていた。愛着スタイルが影響している下位尺度は44項目あり、それらを【認識】【行動】【感情】【身体】【社会】の５つのカテゴリーに分類した。特に【感情】に分類された下位尺度と関連を示すものが多く、ストレスコーピング行動との関連について４件の文献があった。 以上のことから、愛着スタイルは認知的評価やメンタルヘルスに影響することが考えられ、看護師のメンタルヘルス支援への愛着スタイルの適用の可能性が示唆された。 This study aimed to identify trends in research on attachment styles and examine the potential application of attachment styles to mental health support for nurses. A search was conducted using keywords, including “attachment styles” in the Web version of the Central Journal of Medicine until 2021. The target literature included 20 references. The result revealed that university and vocational school students were the most frequently surveyed subjects （n = 12）, and no literature, in which nurses were surveyed, was reported. Four different attachment style measures were used. The attachment style influenced 44 subscales, which were classified into five categories: cognitive, behavioral, emotional, physical, and social. In particular, many of them showed an association with subscales categorized under Emotions, and four references revealed an association with stress-coping behavior. These findings suggest that attachment style may influence cognitive appraisal and mental health, and suggest the possibility of applying attachment style to mental health support for nurses. |
